Current Openings
Call Center/Member Relationship Representative (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As a Member Relationship Representative, you will:
- Answer general member phone requests and questions via phone.
- Service member transactions over the phone and evaluate product and service needs.
- Perform basic account research.
Full-time Teller (Neptune)
As a Teller, you will:
- Process and record transactions for members including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers.
- Promote and advise on the credit union’s products and services.
Part-time Operations Clerk - Temporary (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As an Operations Clerk, you will:
- Be responsible for ACH originations pertaining to member accounts.
- Communicate readily with members and credit union personnel regarding ACH origination.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Accounting Departments in balancing ACH files.
- *Please be advised this is a temporary 3-6 month position.
Teller Associate (Freehold/Howell Branch)
As a Teller Associate, you will:
- Accurately and efficiently process and record transactions for members.
- Process new membership account requests and existing member account changes and updates.
- Promote and advise on the credit union’s products and services.
Training and Support Manager (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As our Training and Support Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for organizing, creating, updating and conducting credit union training programs for all staff to enhance their skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
- Update organization procedures as needed.
- Support various levels of management to determine training needs for the organization.
