How do I deposit a check from my smartphone or tablet?

  1. Log into the First Financial mobile or tablet application.
  2. Click on the “Deposit” tab within the app once you are logged in.
  3. The mobile app will guide you through the rest of the process.

Reminders:

  • When depositing a check using 1-Click, please endorse the back of the check you are depositing with your signature, member number, and by listing For Mobile Deposit Only at First Financial FCU.
  • The cut-off time for mobile deposits on business days is 2:30pm EST — anything deposited after that time or on a weekend/holiday will be processed on the next business day.

How do I activate the Instant Balance feature?

To set up Instant Balance for the first time ... 

  1. Log into the First Financial mobile or tablet application.
  2. Click on the “More” tab within the app once you are logged in.
  3. Under “Settings” select “Instant Balance.”
  4. From here, select up to 6 accounts to feature and click “Save.”

Now, you can tap the Instant Balance button at the top of our mobile app’s login screen and view the balances of the accounts you selected instantly! For more information, view our quick how to video below.
